Bargain hunters can go back to their regular routine very soon
Aldi shoppers who enjoy browsing the middle aisle should be aware of some ongoing temporary changes. This particularly includes the supermarket’s very popular Specialbuys.
Customers might observe some changes due to certain dates conflicting with the usual schedule. Aldi states that new products usually appear on shelves every Thursday and Sunday, and ‘once they’re gone, they’re gone’.
Since Christmas occurred on a Thursday and New Year’s Day was also on a weekday, the standard schedule for middle aisle deals needed to be modified. Keep in mind, there’s an important date coming up this weekend.
As reported by the Mirror, an Aldi spokesperson previously explained: “The next Specialbuy release is scheduled for Sunday, December 28, so we’ll see new stock landing after the Christmas period.
“For the following week, Specialbuys will be released on Friday, January 2, and Sunday, January 4.” After Sunday, January 4, bargain hunters can return to their regular routine, as SpecialBuy releases are expected to resume on their usual days starting Thursday, January 8.
Browse many of Aldi’s SpecialBuy items here. For Sunday, January 4, featured deals include Sustainable Trainers at £6.99, Air Fryer accessories for only £3.49, and Burton’s Salt and Vinegar Fish N Chips Crisps at 99p for a 150g pack.
Nevertheless, shoppers should act quickly, as deals are typically available only while stocks last.
