Maya Jama announced the first couples chosen by public vote on Love Island All Stars, with drama unfolding as a bombshell entered the villa
The Love Island : All Stars contestants have been sorted into their inaugural 2026 pairings following a public ballot.
Maya Jama made her comeback as presenter this evening (January 15), welcoming 12 former Islanders back to the villa for another chance at romance.
This series’ cast features everyone from past champion Millie Court to runners-up Shaq Muhammad and Ciaran Davies.
Prior to pairing them off, Maya kicked off the third season with the opening challenge dubbed ‘Good or No Good’.
The ladies were tasked with selecting which lads they fancied were suitable matches and giving them a kiss, reports OK!.
They then had to drape a ‘no good’ banner over the bloke who wouldn’t be their ideal partner, whilst providing their reasoning.
However, this challenge had no bearing on the actual final pairings. Maya shortly disclosed to the Islanders that the choice had been handed over to the viewing public.
“They have decided who they think is good for you and they have coupled you up.
“I will be back later with the results but in the meantime have a look around, get grafting, get to know each other and I will see you later,” she stated.
Who are the Love Island: All Stars 2026 couples?
- Whitney Adebayo and Jack Keating
- Millie Court and Ciaran Davies
- Belle Hassan and Sean Stone
- Helena Ford and Charlie Frederick
- Jess Harding and Tommy Bradley
- Leanne Amaning and Shaq Muhammad
These matches will probably ignite tension in upcoming episodes since most of the girls were partnered with boys they hadn’t selected during the challenge.
Shaq’s romantic history is also set to stir the pot, as his first partner Leanne is acquainted with his ex-girlfriend Tanya Manhenga.
The pair met on the ITV show in 2023 and finished in fourth place, leaving the villa arm in arm. However, their love story ended in August 2024, a year after their television appearance.
The longevity of these new couples is already in question, thanks to a shocking twist at the end of the premiere episode. Ex Islander Scott van-der-Sluis made a dramatic entrance into the villa just as Maya had finished pairing up the original cast.
Maya then tasked the 25-year-old newcomer with identifying the boys he thought were in the least compatible couples. He singled out Shaq and Sean.
Maya then dropped the bombshell that the duo wouldn’t be spending the night in the villa, leaving viewers on a cliff-hanger for the next episode.
Love Island: All Stars continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
