Bosses on The Traitors have signed up a raft of sexy contestants for the new series – it means the show is likely to get more younger viewers and see rating sky rocket
In yet another TV twist, The Traitors has got its sexiest line-up yet.
Bosses have unveiled the 22 contestants who will be competing on its new series. Producers have picked a string of babes and hunks to sex up the show.
They include psychologist Ellie, student Jade, recruiter Roxy, creative director Matthew, personal trainer Jack and account manager Sam. It means the show will rival Love Island: All Stars for sex appeal and it’s likely to pull in more younger viewers. A show insider said: “The Traitors has never been so sexy. There’s a lot of eye candy on this series.
“It’s bound to boost ratings.”
The sexy contestants will all be battling for up to £120,000 on the series. They are all convinced they have what it takes to go all the way.
Ellie said: “I think I might be the first psychologist on the show, so I’m hoping I can bring that psychological perspective.
“I’m going to be analysing what other contestants are doing
and trying to think through what their motivations are for behaving in certain ways.”
Jack said: “I’m a real people person. I love being around people. I’ve planned so many tactics even before I knew I was going be on it.
“I’ve deep dived into everything, because it fascinates me, like how there are so many common themes you see. Herd mentality, conformity, bias, all these things that pop up throughout the show, but you see it playing out in real time.”
Jade said: “I’m competitive because I want to win and I want to do well, but I’m also very much a team player.
“If I’m playing as part of a team, I want us to do the best that we can and that’s when the bluntness really comes out. I’m really going to have to dial that back because ultimately these are random people that I’ve never met before, and they’re going to be like, ‘what is her problem?’.”
The series starts tonight at 8pm on BBC One.
