ICE shooting victim Renee Good’s final eight words unveiled in tragic clip

Renee Good was shot three times by a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in Minneapolis, with new video footage showing horrifying moments before the incident

Horrific new footage shows the moment Renee Good spoke to an immigration agent just before she was fired at three times. The video, seemingly recorded on an ICE officer’s personal camera, shows the mother-of-three turning her steering wheel to the right and driving away from him before an officer fired his weapon.

One bullet pierced her windscreen, while the second and third flew through her open side window as she drove past. After her car crashed into a lamppost and parked vehicles, an officer can be heard uttering: “F****** b****”.

Activists argue that the video contradicts allegations that Ms Good, 37, was deliberately trying to run the officer over. In the fresh footage, released by Alpha News, another individual, believed to be Ms Good’s partner, is seen approaching the officer, recording him on her phone and stating: “We don’t change our plates every morning.”

They carry on: “They’ll still be the same plates when you come talk to us later. That’s fine. US citizen and former f***ing veteran. Former Navy veteran, you want to come at us?”

Ms Good is then spotted reversing to let cars pass, as the person outside the vehicle suggests: “I say you go get yourselves some lunch, big boy.” Tensions continue to rise between those involved as Ms Good continues to reverse, according to the Mirror.

Other officers are then seen approaching the car from the far side, demanding Ms Good “get out of the car… get out of the f****** car.” She can then be heard saying: “That’s fine, dude, I’m not mad at you,” moments before she’s shot.

The incident has sparked outrage across the US with sharply divided opinions on what actually happened. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and President Donald Trump have previously said the Minneapolis shooting was an act of self-defence and alleged Renee used her vehicle as a weapon.

Vice President JD Vance also declared the shooting was justified and described Renee as a “victim of left-wing ideology”. He added: “I can believe that her death is a tragedy while also recognising it is a tragedy of her own making.”

He backed the ICE agent, stating: “You have a federal law enforcement official engaging in federal law enforcement action. That guy’s protected by absolute immunity. He was doing his job.”

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has declared video footage proves the self-defence claim is “garbage” and hundreds have taken to the streets in protest, braving freezing rain, since the incident occurred on Wednesday (January 7). One demonstrator, Caroline, 46, told NBC: “It’s obviously not safe here, they are attacking our neighbours.

This is our community. This is America. This is Minnesota.” Protesters also chanted “ICE out now” in reference to the US Immigration and Customs ­Enforcement agency.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin has insisted the agent acted in self-defence, claiming one of the “rioters” was “attempting to run over” federal officers. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem also branded the incident as an “act of domestic terrorism”.

She alleged: “What had happened was our ICE officers were out in enforcement action, they got stuck in the snow because of the adverse weather that is in Minneapolis. They were attempting to push out their vehicle, and a woman attacked them and those surrounding them and attempted to run them over and ram them with her vehicle.”

Shortly after the new footage was released, US Vice President JD Vance asserted that it supported his claim that she was intentionally trying to harm the officer when he shot her. He penned: “What the press has done in lying about this innocent law enforcement officer is disgusting. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.”
